2019
We met for the first time—Rosie was bartending, Chris was the customer. A free shot of Jameson did wonders.
2020
We started shooting photos and video for cabins and hotels—mostly to find any excuse to travel together.
2021
Chris moved to LA to chase creative dreams. Rosie stayed in Toronto, doing the same. Long distance sucked but it only increased the excitement of seeing each other next.
2022
Rosie joined Chris in LA. We bought our first dog before the move, and started photographing more couples—turns out, we loved capturing love. It felt like we were on constant double dates and we could not get enough.
2024
Dog number two joined the crew. We packed up our lives, loaded a U-Haul with two 80-pound dogs, and moved back to Toronto to be closer to family—and to finally build our dream business together.
2025
We're doing this full time—and loving every minute of it. We’re gotten the opportunity to capture so many couples, each unique in their own way, and we could not be more grateful.

Savage Media Group Inc. was born from a shared passion for storytelling and a desire to document life's most meaningful moments through our lens. Our work is rooted in authenticity—focused on the unposed, the in-between, the real. Whether we're documenting weddings and engagements or creating content for brands, we approach every story with heart and intention.
The name Savage? It’s more than a vibe—it’s a nod to Chris’s last name, which literally translates to “savage.” It’s bold, a little wild, and perfectly fitting for the way we chase after passion, adventure, and timeless storytelling.
